Finally, my first Atomic Betty fanart. I drew this for my friend ~JackSpicer29 and I got his permission to use a version of Penelope he drew. I got the idea for this after watching the Totally Spies episode "Evil Coffee Shop Much?" and I thought, wouldn't it be interesting if Penelope was a Galactic Gaurdian and even worse, if she became Betty's new partner, I bet Betty would really hate this. I also wanted to draw this to see if I could draw Penelope as a Galactic Gaurdian better then ~JackSpicer29, apparently I can, (sorry Cory, I mean no offence.) This is just the first in a series of Atomic Betty & Atomic Penelope images I will be doing and I will try to make all of them as funny as I can.
